A failure like this looks bad for everybody. I'm doing a webinar about Premiere very soon (with rehearsals tomorrow!). I was also able to import the project that wasn't displaying correctly, and have it work just like normal. I am able to create a new project and render the countdown leader. The software locks up, and I have to restart. When I opened Premiere today, and opened an entierly different project, there was no video in the output window (and it was locked back into the main interface). The only thing I did differently is that yesterday when I was editing, I pulled the Program monitor out of the main Premiere interface and dragged it over to my second desktop monitor. I'm also having this problem with video appearing in the Program monitor. Selecting a region changes the language and/or content on 's my story.

SpeedGrade can open only one Premiere Pro sequence at a time, and not multiple sequences at once.So, the Render and Results tabs are unavailable when using Direct Link.

You send the projects back to Premiere Pro for rendering.

In the Direct-Link mode, you cannot render your Premiere Pro projects within SpeedGrade.

You cannot send SpeedGrade projects (.IRCP) to Premiere Pro in the Direct-Link mode.

To use Direct Link, you start with a Premiere Pro project (.pproj).

The auto-save feature is turned off while using the Direct-Link mode.

Given this focus, there are specific things to consider while using SpeedGrade in the Direct-Link mode: The Direct-Link workflow has been designed such that you focus only on the color correction and grading workflows within SpeedGrade.
